Papaya face pack

Take one small bowl ripe papaya paste. Add 1 teaspoon fuller’s earth (multani sand) and 1 teaspoon honey. Mix it properly and apply on your face and skin. Leave it to dry and after 25 minutes clean it with lukewarm water.

Ripe papaya is very useful in removing dead cells and providing fresh and glowing look.

Egg face pack

Take 1 white part of egg. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of yogurt. Mix them properly and apply on your skin. Clean it by lukewarm water after 20 minutes.

This face pack is full of vitamins and proteins which provide nourishment to your skin. It also helps to remove wrinkles, dead cells of skin and provide glowing skin.

Almond face pack

Take 4-5 almonds and make it in powder form. Add 2 teaspoon of rose water and mix it well. Apply it on your face and skin. Leave it for 15 minutes and clean it with lukewarm water.

This face pack provides glowing and healthy skin.

Besan face pack

Take 2 table spoon of besan and add 2 tea spoon of milk. Add 1 teaspoon of honey. Mix it well and apply on your face. Clean it after 20 minutes.

Honey and milk face pack

Take 2 teaspoons of milk add 1 teaspoon of honey. Apply it on your face and leave it to dry. Clean it with lukewarm water.

This face pack is natural moisturizer for the skin. It has many ingredients which makes it a complete skin care remedy.

Orange face pack

Take 4 -5 pieces of orange peel (better to make it dry by keeping it in sun rays for few days). Make a paste of it. Add 2 teaspoon of rose water and 1 teaspoon of milk. Mix it well and apply it on your face. Clean it by lukewarm water when it becomes dry.

This face pack has citric acid which helps to remove dead cells and enhance cell renewal process. It is beneficial in case of acne and pimples.

Multani sand face pack

Take 2 teaspoon of multani sand. Add 2 teaspoon of milk and 1 teaspoon of turmeric power in it. Mix it well and apply it on your face. When it becomes dry, clean it with warm water.

Multani sand is very popular for healing acne and blemishes. This face pack has anti-aging property that helps to reduce wrinkles.

Banana face pack

Take half banana, add 1 egg white. Add 2 teaspoon curd with it. Mix them well and make a paste. Apply this paste on face. Leave it to dry and then clean with fresh water.

This face pack will provide glowing skin.

Cucumber face pack

Take two tablespoon cucumber juice. Add one teaspoon turmeric and one teaspoon glycerin in it. Mix them well and apply on your face. Leave it for 20 minutes. Wash with fresh water.

This face pack is useful for skin lightning and healing sunburns.

Saffron milk face pack

Take two tablespoon of milk cream, add half teaspoon of saffron in it. Mix them very well (better to use it after overnight soaking). Apply it on your face and leave it to dry. Wash your face with lukewarm water.

Some other healthy tips for glowing skin

Drink Water: Drink plenty of water every day. It flushes out toxic substances from your body and maintain glow of your skin.

Healthy Fruit: Take fruit rich in vitamin C and E like almonds, lemon, orange etc. These vitamins are helpful to heal dark spots and provide glowing skin.

Remove Makeup: Always sleep after removing your makeup. Never use too much makeup on your face. It is very harmful for your face and skin.

Sufficient Sleep: Sleep at least 8 hour in a day. It provides complete relaxation to your body.

Daily Exercise: Make practice of exercise daily for half an hour to one hour. If possible do meditation and yoga daily.
