Everyone want soft and perfect skin which contributes more to beauty. By maintaining skin health, you can make yourself more attractive and charming. But it is difficult to maintain the softness of skin. Many skin problems like scars, acne, wrinkles, dead skin, patches and pimples come up in daily life. These problems makes your look unattractive as well as reduce your self-esteem.

Due to these simple skin problems, many people start using cosmetic products. Sometimes cheap cosmetic product which is not prescribed by doctors or beauticians  creates more side effects on your skin. With the passage of time, regular use of cosmetic snatch natural beauty of your skin.

There are many natural remedies available in our home but in the lack of knowledge we are not able to use them. So, in my advice don’t give chance to these cosmetic products for exposing your skin to damage more, use natural remedies which are really very effective.


Causes of skin problems

> Excess work, stress, depression, anxiety work, inferiority, negative thinking.

> Digestive trouble, hectic lifestyle, laziness, irregular sleeping pattern, underfeeding, improper food timing, outside eating habit.

> Irregular meal timing, doing hard work without increasing food intake, undernourishment.

> Excess drinking alcohol, smoking cigarettes and tobacco products.

> Expose in ultraviolet rays of sun, more expose in pollution area.

> Use of cheap cosmetics, excess use of artificial beauty products.

1. Apple cider vinegar

It is useful for acne and patchy skins. It contains iron, copper,calcium, vitamins and mineral which is beneficial for skin care. Many cosmetic products use this vinegar as ingredient. We can also directly apply apple pulp on our skin. It will bring back the lost glow of skin.

2. Jojoba oil

It is useful for acne and other skin problems. It has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties which cure all types of skin. Take 5 to 6 drop of oil on cotton ball and apply it on your skin problem area(acne etc.).

3. Lemon

It is rich in citric acid which helps to remove dead cells and enhance cell renewal process. Take 6 to 7 drop of lemon on cotton and apply it on skin. Wash it after 10 minutes with light warm water.

4. Turmeric

Turmeric has anti-septic and anti-bacterial property which helps in removal of dead cells and provide healthy glow to your skin. Mix one table spoon of turmeric with enough lemon juice to make a paste. Apply it on your skin. Wash it after 10 to 15 minutes with lukewarm water. In place of lemon juice, you can use milk  or pineapple juice also.

5. Honey

It is natural moisturizer for the skin. It has many ingredients which makes it a complete skin care product. You can apply honey directly on your skin. Leave it to dry naturally and clean it with help of lukewarm water. You can also use 2 teaspoons of milk with one teaspoons of honey.

6. Coconut oil

This oil has anti-oxidant and anti-bacterial properties which help in removing dead skin and  moisturizing the skin. You can apply lukewarm oil with help of cotton ball on skin. Massage it for 10 minutes and clean it by fresh water.

7. Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera is rich in anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties which helps to heal scars, acne and other skin disease. Take Aloe Vera gel directly form leaf and apply it on your skin with help of cotton ball. Allow it to dry naturally and clean with lukewarm water after 15 minutes.

8. Sandalwood

Take 2 teaspoon of sandalwood power and mix it with few drops of rose water. Apply it on your skin and clean it with lukewarm  water, after drying. It provide necessary nourishment to your skin.

9. Baking soda

This soda is useful  in case of acne, dark spots and pimples. Baking soda has anti-septic and anti-inflammatory ingredients which remove dead cells and make your skin clear. Make a paste with lemon juice and apply it on skin. Wash it after 10 minutes.

10. Olive oil

This oil is very helpful for dry skin problems. It is also useful to remove your makeup. Take 5 to 6 drop of olive oil on cotton ball and apply it on your skin.

11. Milk

Milk is complete remedy for skin. Soak milk with cotton ball and apply it on skin problem area. Clean it after 15 minutes with lukewarm water.

Some other healthy tips for skin care:

Water: Drink plenty of water everyday. It is very important because it flushes out toxic substances from our body and maintain health of our skin.

Fruit: Take fruit rich in vitamin C and E like orange, almonds etc. these vitamins are helpful to heal dark spots.

Makeup: Never use too much makeup on your face. It is very harmful for your skin.

Sleep: Sleep at least 8 hour in a day. It provides complete relaxation to your body.

Exercise: Make practice of exercise daily for half an hour to one hour. If possible do meditation and yoga daily.
