1) Ginger:

Ginger is natural remedy for vomiting feeling. It is rich in anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties which reduces the vomiting agent in our body. Try ginger tea or chew small piece of ginger directly if you feel vomiting. It also helps in improvement of digestion system.

2) Cloves:

3) Cinnamon:

Onion has antibiotic properties which makes it a useful home remedy to cure vomiting and nausea. Take out one teaspoon of onion juice and as soon as you start feeling vomiting, drink it immediately. Also for more effective result you can mix onion juice with ginger juice and drink it at regular intervals to get rid of vomiting.

9) Cumin:

Cumin seeds are very effective home remedy to cure vomiting. Powder some cumin seeds and then add it to the boiling water. Allow it to boil for some time and then strain the water and drink it to get relief.

10) Crackers:

Cracker biscuits have mild flavor and are easy to digest. They can provide you energy to recover from vomiting and nausea.
